Who is Prana?
“I started doing rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 3 and continued for 15 years, culminating in a national competition.
Once I qualified as a state instructor in 2007, I moved to the other side of the gym to become a GRS coach, as well as a Fitness coach.
At the end of 2007, I discovered Pole Dance and began a career that would culminate in two French Championship titles, among other prizes.
As one of the French pioneers of the discipline, my flexibility and imagination allow me to invent numerous figures on the pole. I soon found myself giving Pole Dance master classes all over the world, as well as Flexibility classes, which would remain my speciality.
At the same time, throughout my career, thanks to my thirst for knowledge, I’ve been exploring new approaches to work in this field.
It was with this curiosity that I discovered different yoga methods (Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar, etc.), Pilates, fascia stretching and contortion in private and group classes, not only in France but also in the United States, Canada and Russia.”
